If there is one thing I know well, it’s how much thought can go into a home.

For years, interiors were the part of life I kept coming back to. I renovated, built, styled and reworked my own homes while working in a demanding corporate career and raising a family.

I understood the time spent choosing the right stone, lighting, furniture and objects. What I couldn’t understand was why scent still felt like an afterthought.

Candles needed attention. Reeds needed managing. Larger scent systems often looked like something you had to accommodate rather than something that belonged in the room.

I wanted scent to feel as considered as everything else in the home, without asking more of the person living in it.

That became Moëmm.

A way to bring atmosphere into the home with the same intention as the interiors, then let it work quietly in the background.
